Refund Policy 

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your order, you must be aware of the following:

You are able to return products for any reason, up to 14 days after receiving your goods. If a product is received damaged or faulty, you have up to 30 days after receiving your goods.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received in, it must be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a returned item does not meet the requirements in our policy, we cannot offer a refund.

If you are returning an item over £25.00, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. If we issue a refund we aim for it to process 5-10 days.
